At Puffking we strive to provide you with a fast, smooth and secure delivery experience. Below you will find information about delivery times, shipping options and costs.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days within Sweden.

  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days within Sweden.

  • International delivery: Delivery time varies depending on country, normally 5–10 business days.

Order before 2:00 PM on a weekday to have your order shipped the same day.

Shipping options and prices

  • Standard shipping: 49 SEK (free shipping on purchases over 999 SEK)

  • Express shipping: 99 SEK

  • Post office or home delivery: Select at checkout

All shipments are sent with trackable shipping. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Important information

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

  • Delivery times may be affected by holidays or unexpected delays from shipping companies.

  • Uncollected packages will be charged SEK 150 to cover return and handling costs.
