These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website puffking.se (“Website”) and the purchases and services offered by Puffking (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website and making purchases, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Website or placing an order.

All images, texts, trademarks and other content on the website belong to Puffking or our partners and may not be used without written permission.

2. Order and agreement

When you place an order through the website, you enter into a binding contract of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the event of obvious errors in prices, stock levels or product information.

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods specified in the checkout, including Klarna, Swish, card payment (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. We process payment information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery within Sweden and to some international destinations. Estimated delivery times are stated on the website, but may vary. Puffking is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. Please contact us before returning an item. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We comply with the Consumer Sales Act and will rectify any errors in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost income, data or goodwill, arising from the use of the website or for delays/failures in delivery. We do not guarantee that the website is free from technical errors, viruses or interruptions.
